बाढ़ के दौरान कुल वाहिका संचयन का वह भाग जो स्थिर प्रवाह की अवस्था, जब अन्त: प्रवाह तथा बहिप्रवाह समान हो, के संगत होता है।

It is that portion of the total channel storage during a flood which corresponds to a condition of steady flow, that is when inflow and outflow are equal.
