समय आधार/ TIME BASE

किसी जलालेख का समय आधार वह समय होता है जो सान्द्रण वक्र के प्रारम्भ से शुरू होकर प्रत्यक्ष अपवाह के शून्य होने तक लगता है।

Time base of a hydrograph is considered to be the time from which the concentration curve begins unil the direct runoff component essentially reaches zero.
