अभिकल्प वृष्टि/ DESIGN STORM

अभिकल्प बाढ़ के निर्धारण के लिए किसी आवाह क्षेत्र पर वर्षा, उसकी मात्रा, अवधि तथा वितरण के आकलन को अभिकल्प वृष्टि कहते है।

It is the estimate of heavy rainfall, its amount, duration and distribution over a particular drainage area which is expected for use in determining the design flood.
