a)Centre of Science and Environment, Delhi has published many researches on drinking water in their magazine 'Down to Earth'. CSE always spoke against soft drink companies on pesticide issue but real imapct on quality of life of people is almost nil. Full of corrupt Officiers, Delhi Jal Board is responsible for water supply which is harbouring water tanker mafias. Water is second most important after air for life but government is least concerned about it. Projects on papers and presentation with attractive false data in media is the way in which Delhi Dal Board is working. Grassroot level work on quality of drinking water is much needed. b)I am ready to do some work on it.c)Low cost water filter products like Pureit of Hindustan Lever should come out in market. Local water monitoring committee should be in every area (village) to check quality of drinking water/contamination in drinking water.
